Introducing SPN's New Mentorship Exchange Program
Where pediatric nurses nurture and empower each other
Are you looking for professional or career development advice? Are you interested in pursuing research, quality improvement (QI) or evidence-based practice (EBP) projects? Or maybe you would like guidance on how to submit a presenter abstract or journal manuscript?
SPN’s new Mentorship Exchange program is a 12-month program that partners you with a seasoned pediatric nurse in a topic track of your choosing. You and your mentor will participate in a kick-off orientation and work together to identify and achieve your goals.
To apply for the program, you must be an SPN member and practicing RN.
Applications will be accepted now through Monday, January 29. This program is a benefit of SPN membership* so there is no cost to participate.

Mentors Needed! Are you a seasoned pediatric nurse looking to give back to your profession? Look no further, SPN is also looking for experienced pediatric nurses to serve as mentors this year. All it takes is interest and a few hours of your time each month to make a huge impact on the life of another pediatric nurse.
